- Scope of Work Understandment :
We ensure thorough understanding of the Scope of Work in mutual agreement with our
clients by way of issuing the Deliverable List, Personal discussion with the Customer Focus
Technical Representatives either by visiting the client's office or through telephone, email
communications.
- Input Collection:
We ensure that all necessary input information is available before starting the project
execution activities thorough preparation and issue of Input List and further follow up
with client or visit client's Premises/ project site and obtain the inputs quickly.
- Project Planning, Monitoring & Controlling:
We try to understand the actual project schedule from our clients and mutually agree
upon the Deliverable Issue Schedule (PRIMAVERA, MS PROJECTS, MS EXCEL,
Etc.).
Internally the Lead Engineers prepare the Work Schedule and control the Deliverable
issue schedule and man hours spent for each team member in each department by
maintaining the Time Sheets of Technical Staffs.
Every week Project Progress Report is being sent to client for their understanding of
the Project Progress.
- Quality Assurance:
We ensure production of error free documents by way of following proven Quality
Assurance Procedures.
Drawing and Document Representation Formats, Templates, Sizes, etc requirements
are initially discussed, understood, collected from our clients and it is being followed.
All deliverables are checked for errors and project compliance by competent persons.
- Resources Utilization:
We use Modern Engineering Development tools such as: High End Computers,
Appropriate Software, Suitable Office Infrastructure and Excellent Communication
Tools.
Using experienced and expert technical manpower.
- Application of Engineering Aesthetics and Aesthetic Ergonomics.
- Application of Economical Engineering Design.
